§ 33.04 ACCOUNTABILITY.
   The members of the police reserves shall be subject to the authority of the City Board of Public Works and Safety, the Mayor of the city, the Police Chief of the City Police Department, and to the officers of the City Police Department, including any probationary or part-time officers.
