(A) Unless otherwise directed by the Board of Public Works and Safety, the city hereby designates the Street Department and its Superintendent for the purposes of implementing this chapter and the Street Department Superintendent shall have principal responsibility for enforcing this chapter.
(B) The Board of Public Works and Safety may from time to time re-designate the Administrator of this chapter and all references herein to the Street Department or the Superintendent thereof in that case shall be modified accordingly.
