§ 153.16 APPEAL.

Any person adversely affected by a decision of the Street Department or its Superintendent may appeal the decision within 30 days thereof to the Board of Public Works and Safety. Any person adversely affected by a decision of the Board of Public Works and Safety may appeal the decision within 30 days thereof to the Circuit Court of the county.
