§ 153.02 CONFORMANCE REQUIRED.

All sidewalks made new, replaced or repaired within the city shall be made in conformity with the provisions of this chapter and the grades, plans, profiles and specifications adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety that are not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
