§ 152.02 STATE LAW INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   Indiana Code 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28 is incorporated by reference in the City Unsafe Building Law.
   (B)   All proceedings within the city for inspection, repair and removal of unsafe buildings shall be governed by the law and the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   In the event the provisions of this chapter conflict with the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28, then the provisions of the state statute shall control.
