§ 151.31 PAVEMENT REPLACEMENT.

(A) All pavement shall be replaced with a type of construction equal to or better than that which is removed as approved by the City Street Commissioner.

(B) All cuts in concrete pavement shall be first outlined with a saw cut not less than one to one and one-half inch.
