§ 151.08 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No opening or excavation shall be made under the provisions of this chapter until a permit therefor has been duly granted as provided in this chapter.
   (B)   The work for which the permit is granted must be started within 30 days of the issuance of the permit or it shall become void.
