(A) Nothing in this subchapter shall prohibit the operation or placing of house trailers in duly authorized trailer parks, which trailer parks shall be subject to a permit obtained from the Common Council of the city, with the endorsement of the Zoning Commission.
(B) The trailer park permit shall be granted upon application to the City Council and shall be at the discretion of the body guided by the City Plan Commission. The permit may be revoked for cause by the Common Council at any time subsequent to its issuance. A fee for the permit shall be $2.
