(A) A person violating § 130.01 of this chapter will be fined a fine of $25 for the first offense, a fine of $50 for the second offense (as the term "second offense" is defined in Chapter 36 of this code) and $100 for the third offense (as the term "third offense" is defined in Chapter 36 of this code). The violations may be admitted before the Ordinance Violations Bureau within ten days of the alleged violation. Thereafter, the violation will be prosecuted in the manner that ordinances are customarily enforced.
(B) A person violating any other provision of this chapter shall be fined an amount not less than $5 and not more than $100.
