(A) No license shall be issued to any proposed carnival or circus for a location within 1,000 feet of any of the following zoning use districts as defined by the Zoning Chapter of this code:
(1) R-1 Single-Family Residential District;
(2) R-1 Multi-Family Residential District; and
(3) S-1 District.
(B) No license shall be issued under this section for a location within 1,000 feet of the following:
(1) Nursing home, public or private clinics;
(2) Public or private schools; or
(3) Hospitals or sanitariums.
