Upon approval of the application as hereinabove related, the Chief of Police or other designated Officer shall execute the same and shall issue the license or other certificate to the applicant, which license or certificate shall be attached or displayed to the residential premises at which the garage or yard sale is being operated or maintained and in clear view for public inspection thereof at all times during the sale.
