§ 96.51 LIABILITY OF OWNER.
   In addition to the owner's liability for all costs incidental to the removal, storage and disposal of the abandoned vehicle as provided for in I.C. 9-22-1-4, the owner shall also be liable for the city's reasonable attorney fees arising from the removal, storage and disposal of the abandoned vehicle.
