Except as otherwise modified herein, this subchapter specifically adopts the provisions of I.C. 9-22-1-1 through 9-22-1-32 inclusive, as may be amended from time to time, including all rules adopted by the State Bureau of Motor Vehicles under I.C. 4-22-2 to administer I.C. 9-22-1-1 et seq.
