(A) The City Clerk-Treasurer shall be elected pursuant to I.C. 3-10-6.
(B) The City Clerk-Treasurer shall take office at 12:00 p.m. on the first day of January following his or her election, and shall serve for four years and until a successor is elected and qualified.
