(A) The Mayor of the city shall be authorized, on behalf of the city, to have unrestricted to all financial information pertinent to the city, including but not limited to any information in the hands of any financial institution or other entity regarding accounts, certificates of deposit, and/or any other investment vehicle of the city, as the Mayor should request.
(B) Be it further ordained that nothing contained herein shall authorize the Mayor to withdraw or transfer any of the funds, but that this section is designed to insure unrestricted access to information pertaining to the accounts, certificates of deposit, and/or any other investment vehicle of the city.
