§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 91.16, and is found guilty hereof, shall be liable for a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.
