The City Parks and Recreation Master Plan 1994 to 1998 adopts as its official plan for the growth and development of parks and recreation opportunities in the city over the next five years. The Parks and Recreation Board is committed to an annual review and update of the goals and objectives of this Master Plan. A copy of the Master Plan is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer during regular business hours.
