(A) The fee for a permit under this chapter shall be $25 payable upon issuance of the permit. No permit shall be issued until the fee payable under this chapter has been paid in full.
(B) A permittee hereunder shall reimburse the city for the actual costs of public safety services including, but not limited to, Fire and Police Department services rendered to the permittee during the permittee's activity. Reimbursement shall be paid to the city within 30 days after the receipt of a billing statement issued by the Clerk-Treasurer for the city.
