§ 90.11 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   The Chief of Police may revoke any permit issued hereunder upon the failure of the permittee to comply with the terms and conditions of the permit if the activity, because of the manner in which it is being conducted, or for any other reason, is jeopardizing those elements of the public safety or welfare set forth in § 90.05 above.
