§ 90.09 APPEAL PROCEDURE.
   The applicant shall have the right to appeal the denial of a permit to the Town Council. A notice of appeal shall be filed with the Town Clerk-Treasurer within two days after receipt of notice of the denial. The Town Council shall act upon the appeal at its next meeting following receipt of the notice of appeal.
