§ 31.16 ELECTION OF THE MAYOR.
   (A)   The Mayor shall be elected pursuant to I.C. 3-2-7-1, as it may be amended from time to time.
   (B)   Eligibility requirements are set forth in I.C. 36-4-5-2.
