§ 31.15 THE MAYOR AS CITY EXECUTIVE.
   (A)   The Mayor is the city executive and head of the executive branch.
   (B)   The Mayor shall faithfully perform the duties and responsibilities contained in I.C. 36-4-5 and other statutes of the state.
