§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 72.01 through 72.10 shall be fined upon conviction a fine of $15 for each violation.
   (C)   A person who is found to have violated § 72.11 for the first time shall be fined in the sum of $50. If the person has a previous adjudication for the violation of § 72.11, and the current violation occurred within 365 days of the date of the prior violation, then upon the second adjudication for the violation of § 72.11, that person shall be fined in the sum of $100. If the person has two or more prior adjudications for the violation of § 72.11, regardless of when the prior violations occurred, then upon the third or subsequent; adjudication for the violation of § 72.11, the person shall be fined in the sum of $300. Each day that a violation of § 72.11 exists, or is permitted to exist, shall constitute a separate violating of § 72.11.
