§ 70.026 EMERGENCY TRAFFIC CONTROL.
   (A)   The Chief of Police is authorized to temporarily place official control devices when required by an emergency.
   (B)   The Chief of Police shall notify the Mayor of his or her actions as soon thereafter as practicable.
