§ 70.006 CHAPTER NOT RETROACTIVE.
   (A)   This title shall not have a retroactive effect.
   (B)   It shall not apply to any traffic accident, cause of action arising out of a traffic accident or judgment arising therefrom, or violation of the motor vehicle ordinance of this city occurring prior to the effective date of this title.
