(A) Removal credits. Where applicable, the Authority may elect to initiate a program of removal credits as part of this chapter to reflect the POTW's ability to remove pollutants in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 403.7
(B) Net and gross calculations. The Authority may elect to adjust categorical pretreatment standards to reflect the presence of pollutants in the discharger's intake water, in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 403.15.
