§ 30.27 EXTENSIONS OF TIME.
   The Presiding Officer shall have the authority to cut off repetitious and irrelevant testimony with respect to citizen comments and in public hearings and shall furthermore have the authority to extend the 15-minute time period specified in each of those matters where appropriate in the interest of affording a fair hearing.
