(A) Any person violating any provision of this for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99
(B) Any user who violates §§ 58.04 or 58.05 above may be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500 (see I.C. 36-1-3-8(a)(10)). Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to, or in the alternative to a fine, water service may be terminated for any user who violations §§ 58.04 or 58.05 above.
