§ 30.05 ORDER OF BUSINESS/PRESIDING OFFICER.
   (A)   The Mayor, or in his or her absence the Council President, shall be the Presiding Officer of the Council pursuant to I.C. 36-4-6-8, and meetings shall be conducted pursuant to the applicable statutes, I.C. 36-4-6-10 through 36-4-6-17, and in accordance with the following rules which are adopted.
   (B)   Order of business:
      (1)   Call to order;
      (2)   Minutes;
      (3)   Citizen comments;
      (4)   Unfinished business;
      (5)   New business;
      (6)   Comments by Council members and members of administration; and
      (7)   Adjournment.
