§ 53.10 UNINTERRUPTED SERVICES.
   Users needing continuous service that cannot be interrupted for testing the backflow prevention device shall install dual devices in parallel so that they can be checked separately.

§ 53.11 LOOPED TAPS.
   (A)   Heat exchange loops, intentionally returning water to the public supply, shall not be allowed.
   (B)   Any other loop or set of taps into a private water system allowing water to return to the public systems shall require appropriate backflow prevention devices on all taps.

§ 53.12 THERMAL EXPANSION TANKS.
   (A)   All closed looped systems with a water heater or boiler system shall include a thermal expansion tank. The tank shall be located on the downstream side of the heating unit. Expansion tanks shall be installed in accordance with state plumbing codes. Units shall not have a capacity less than the following.
