§ 51.107 WHEN SEWAGE USER IS NOT A WATER USER.
In the event a lot, parcel of real estate or building discharging sanitary sewage, water or other liquids into the sanitary sewage system of the city, either directly or indirectly, is not a user of water obtained from the public water supply, and the water used thereon or therein is not measured by a meter acceptable to the city, then the amount of water used may be otherwise measured or determined by the city in order to determine the rate or charge provided for in this chapter, or the owner or other interested parry, at his or her expense, may install and maintain a meter acceptable to the city for that purpose.
