§ 51.104 LIMITED CASE BY CASE BASIS CHARGES.
   If any lot or parcel of real estate being connected to the sewage works is not connected to the city's water works and does not have a water meter, the sewage works connection charge shall be established on a case by case basis by the City Board of Public Works.
