§ 51.071 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   The Board may revoke the permit of a nonresidential discharger which:
   (A)   Fails to factually report the wastewater constituents and characteristic of its discharge;
   (B)   Fails to report significant changes in wastewater constituents or characteristics, including periods of non-compliance with applicable effluent limitations;
   (C)   Fails to report modifications of operational and/or pretreatment processes or facilities;
   (D)   Fails to refuse reasonable access to the nonresidential user's premises by representatives of the wastewater treatment plant for the purpose of inspection or monitoring; or
   (E)   Violates the provisions of this chapter, the conditions of its permit, or any final judicial order entered with respect thereto.
