(A) An industrial discharger shall provide a plan of protection for the prevention of accidental discharges of prohibited or regulated substances listed herein and providing for corrective action in the event of an accidental discharge. Each protection plan is subject to the approval of the Board.
(B) Industrial dischargers shall notify the Superintendent immediately upon the occurrence of a "slug" or accidental discharge of substances prohibited by this chapter. The notification shall include location of discharge, date and time of occurrence, type of waste, concentration and volume, and corrective actions. Immediate notification may be verbal, followed by a written verification within five days of the incident.
