(A) (1) Each prospective user shall pay the necessary water availability fee and water connection fee identified on the town’s utilities fee schedule.
(2) Prospective users who are out of the town’s limits shall pay the necessary connection fees identified on the town’s utilities fee schedule, plus time and material required for installation.
(B) The water meter deposit for all new water customers is identified on the town’s utilities fee schedule.
(C) A turn-on fee as identified on the town’s utilities fee schedule shall be charged customers that have been disconnected from service due to non-payment of billing.
(D) Each user shall furnish and maintain his or her own pressure regulator if needed.
(E) Each prospective user shall sign a lease agreement or contract with the town, stating no other unit shall be allowed to hook into his or her service line and use water therefrom.
