§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99
   (B)   For each and every violation of any of the provisions or divisions of § 91.10 there shall be assessed a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $300 and cost upon conviction before any court of competent jurisdiction.
