(A) Items which are to be picked up pursuant to the trash collection service, shall be placed adjacent to the curb immediately adjacent to the individual's residence, within three feet of the curb or traveled portion of the street prior to 6:00 a.m. on the date scheduled for said collection, but not earlier than 5:00 p.m. on the date preceding the scheduled collection. If the setting out of trash before the time allotted is a recurring issue, the resident can be fined.
(B) No person shall place any trash on the property of another. No person shall search through, alter, deform, or remove any items set out for collection.
