§ 50.12 FINES AND PENALTIES.
   (A)   Residents in violation of section § 55.05 will be fined $25 per occurrence. The fine revenue will be receipted into the Trash Collection Fund.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
