§ 55.01 UTILITIES FEE SCHEDULE.

   (A)   Water service.

      (1)   Rates and fees.

      (3)   Refer to §§ 52.400 et seq. for rates inside and outside of town.

      (4)   Any customer who taps-in to the water service before approval by the Town Council will be charged a minimum bill per month. The Public Works Department will determine how long the illegal tap-in has been in place. The customer will be responsible for the monthly bills as well as the fines.

   (B)   Sewer service.

      (1)   Fees.

      (2)   Any customer who taps-in to the wastewater service before approval by the Town Council will be charged a minimum bill per month. The Public Works Department will determine how long the illegal tap-in has been in place. The customer will be responsible for the monthly bills as well as the fines.

      (3)   Refer to sewage rates per §§ 53.500 et seq. for inside and outside of town.

   (C)   The Town Council may periodically review and update this fee schedule.
