§ 91.06 ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS; BULK STORAGE OF LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GASES.
   (A)   The limits in which bulk storage of liquified gas is restricted will be established by the Fire Department and a copy of the limits filed in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the town.
   (B)   The limits established by the Fire Department shall be approved by the Town Council.
