(A) (1) The limits in which storage of flammable liquids in outside above-ground tanks is prohibited will be established by the Fire Department and a copy of the limits filed in the office of the Clerk- Treasurer of the town.
(2) The limits established by the Fire Department shall be approved by the Town Council.
(B) (1) The limits in which new bulk plants for flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited will be established by the Fire Department and a copy of the limits filed in the office of the Clerk- Treasurer of the town.
(2) The limits established by the Fire Department shall be approved by the Town Council.
