§ 91.04 ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS; EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING AGENTS.

(A) The limits in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited will be established by the Fire Department and a copy of the limits filed in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the town together with copies of this chapter.

(B) The limits established by the Fire Department shall be approved by the Town Council.
