§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of §§ 72.15 through 72.17 shall be guilty of an infraction and fined in an amount of not more than $250.
      (2)   The offenses of any provision of §§ 72.15 through 72.17 shall also carry with them the same points on the offending driver’s license that the same offenses carry under the State Statutes and regulations and laws there (however, these may be waived by any court of competent jurisdiction upon the recommendation of the Town Attorney).
      (3)   The violators of any provision of §§ 72.15 through 72.17 shall have the privilege of paying the fine in an amount to the Traffic Bureau at the office of the Clerk of the Union Circuit Court of Indiana at the Union County Court House where and when applicable and lawful and appropriate.
