(A) Agents of the town shall be allowed entry into the houses to inspect all the houses (particularly the basement areas and the areas in the vicinity of the sanitary sewer) connected to the town’s sanitary sewer.
(B) The applicant for the building sewer permit shall notify the Public Works Department when the building sewer is ready for inspection and connection to the public sewer. The connection shall be made under the supervision of the Inspector or his or her representative.
(C) The inspections shall be limited to basements and the areas of the sanitary drains.
