§ 155.06 LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.

This chapter shall apply to all special flood hazard areas within the jurisdiction, including extra-territorial jurisdictions (ETJs) if applicable, of the Town of Liberty and within the jurisdiction of any other community whose governing body agrees, by resolution, to such applicability.
