§ 71.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any violation of the following sections shall subject the offender to a civil penalty of $5, or as otherwise noted in the current Liberty Fee Schedule: §§ 71.01, (except § 71.01(A)(13), (14), (15) and (16)), 71.02 through 71.09.

   (C)   Any violation of § 71.01(A)(13), (14), (15) and (16) shall subject the offender to a civil penalty of $25, or as otherwise noted in the current Liberty Fee Schedule.

   (D)   If the offender fails to pay the penalty within 10 days after being cited for a violation and notified of the penalty, then the Administrator shall cause a civil action to be filed to collect penalties and costs for violations of these sections.
