The office of the combined system shall be open between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M., daily, Monday through Friday, except when the Town Supervisor determines that said office hours need to be adjusted due to special circumstances (i.e., weather, public health and other emergencies).
