5-1-14: LIABILITY TO TOWN FOR LOSSES:
   Any person violating any provisions of this title shall, in addition to any penalty or fine which may be assessed against the person, become liable to the town for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by reason of such violation which the town may suffer as a result thereof.
