5-1-8: ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS:
   The superintendent, or any employee who the Superintendent may direct, shall enforce the provisions of this title and for that purpose, shall qualify as a special police officer. (Ord. SW-O-89-1, 8-8-1989; Ord. SWO-2022-1, 2-8-2022; Ord. TO-2022-13, 9-13-2022)
