A. No person shall, without authority, knowingly enter or remain upon the premises of a Township park during the hours that the park is closed to the public.
B. No person is authorized to remain upon the premises of a Township park who commits or threatens to commit, while on said premises, any offense punishable under the Illinois Criminal Code against property, against another person, or against public health, safety or decency.
C. No person shall remain upon the premises of a Township park after being notified personally to leave the premises. (Ord. TO-94-8, 11-22-1994)
